ParticipantHi, Users have warned us of a problem with the functioning of the calendar on the web: If we move the calendar forward to October using the lower right arrow, takes us to October in which nothing appears (some October events should appear); if now from that page use the same October bottom arrow to return to September, that in September reflected not have anything.
On the other hand, in the home page also shows a calendar but does not seem to have any functionality except a white-marked points on the same thing happens as we move forward / step back and and those white dots disappear.
You know what might be happening and how to fix it?
Thank you very much.
Quino.

ParticipantHello Quino,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I checked out the site and it looks great! However I did notice the issues that you’ve pointed out and can help point you in a couple of directions that should help us figure out what is causing the issue:
- You can try setting up pretty permalinks for your site. The calendar works best when those are set.
- Also, have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures? This will help to determine if there is a potential conflict with your theme or an active plugin.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct response however I hope this was able to point you in the right direction.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello Josh,
The site is built with default permalinks. If I change type, will not work many of the links manually added. I tried the whole Testing for Conflicts procedure and I could only be tested in large calendar (not the widget) and it worked. The web runs on wordpress, wpml and church-events theme. I can give you credentials if you need to do some checking.
I need to solve this problem soon because the festival is this week. Would be very grateful if you could really help me.
Thanks. Regards.

ModeratorQ, there appears to be some sort of javascript conflict, though I don’t know what it is. If you reload the page the events appear. I realize this isn’t a solution but hopefully Josh will have an idea.

ParticipantHello festivalmareaalta,
Thanks for the input Andy! You’re right this definitely looks like it is some sort of javascript error however however I’m also not seeing any details of it showing up in dev tools.
Quino, there are some known conflicts with the WPML plugin. Does the calendar display properly with WPML disabled? I know that isn’t an ideal solution but will help us to narrow down what the conflict is.
Thanks!
