We’re happy to help! First off, will you please post your question to our Events Calendar PRO support forum? We use the Pre-Sales Forum here to help answer questions about purchasing our plugins and provide technical support over in the PRO forum.
And, when you do, would you also be willing to head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the system information at the bottom of the screen and paste it when opening the thread? That will help us dig into your settings to look for possible clues.
