ParticipantWhen I view the default month view of the calendar and then I click on the next month’s or prev month’s link nothing happens it just hangs. It appears it could be a theme conflict but I have tried and tried to find it and cannot. Any help would be appreciated. Also, my site requires a login which I will provide as a private message.

MemberHi Kyle!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with that.
I’m mostly sure that is being caused because the Autoptimize plugin is minifying out scripts. You don’t need to minify our plugins scripts because they are already minified.
We have a good article that explains the problem with minification here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/problems-with-minification/
Try disabling minification for our plugins and see if it changes anything. If it doesn’t, please try clearing the cache as it might also be still serving the minified scripts even after disabled.
Let us know how that goes.

ParticipantThank you. I have tried this and did it again just to ensure and the issue remains. Other ideas?

MemberHi Kyle!
I’m sorry that didn’t work.
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG. This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Additionally, I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,
