ParticipantFor certain events in my calendar, once that event is exported into Google calendar the dates do not match. For example:
The “Winter Break – No School” event goes from 12-18-17 to 1-2-18 in the calendar.
Yet, when it is exported into Google Calendar, is goes from 12-18-17 to 1-1-18. Ending one day sooner than intended.
Here is the link to the Google calendar import:

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

KeymasterHello Russell,
Thanks for reaching out!
I have tested this and I could reproduce the same with a multi-day all day event.
I will need to check whether google cal is handling something differently or it is our plugin.
Will get back to you soon, please hang in there.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Russell,
Thanks for the ping. I have created an internal ticket for this and we will take a look at it soon.
I also asked our team lead about this. It will not make it into the next Maintenance Release, but will try to check it for the one after. That will be 3-4 weeks.
To give you a bit of background on this: when you enter a multi-day all-day (Sept. 10-17) event into TEC and it gets exported, then these are the values appearing:
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20170910 DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20170917Likely google calendar interprets the end time like “2017-09-17 00:00:00”, in which case it rightly shows it to end one day earlier.
Anywho, I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
