    Hi guys
I’m happily using your plugin and i’m happy you improved the wpml compatibility but i have a problem:
I’m using wpml and first language on my website is Italian.
When i’m on September in the English page and click on next month (october) the language of the calendar turns back to Italian and the entire month of October is shown in italian.
    Any advice?
    this is the page: http://www.elsendero.it/testing/en/eventisendero/
thanks a lot for your support
    Alex

    Hey Alex,

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble here! To start on the process of troubleshooting, can you share your System Information with us? Here’s how to do that β†’ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Now, I should point out that we might not be able to help much here because it does not appear that you have any premium licenses – we do not offer support for our free plugin here on http://theeventscalendar.com at this time, only on
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar

I will take a look at your system information, however, and will offer any advice that I can! πŸ™‚

    Cheers,
    George

    Hi George

Do i need to create a new post?

    Hey Alex,

I’m sorry about the “private reply” option, this “Translations” forum on our site is open to the public and only our Premium forums have that option.

It’s worth noting, however, that there is no sensitive information in your system information that you share with us – just some basic details about your site and the software it is running.

Let me know what you think!

If you’re concerned about security, you can make a GitHub.com account and then add your system information as a Gist at http://gist.github.com. Then link to that Gist here in the forums. Then, once this issue is resolved, you can just delete that Gist so that the system information is gone forever πŸ™‚

    Hi George
thanks a lot for your reply
I’ve had support by your free support forum, and they told me to check this page https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/ and that this could be a bug to fix in your plugin.
Well i have visited the page and verified my wpml configuration and everything seems to be right, the fact is that i can’t wait one week for a reply since the free forum is checked only one time a week… πŸ™
One info i have to add is when i go to the next month and, as i was saying, it shows in italian, if i try to retranslate clicking on the english flag, the calendar goes back to the previous month. So it seems that the plugin has a translation only for the current month and is missing all other translations.

Thanks for your information Alex, and explaining a bit more about your problems here.

I unfortunately do have to bear the news that this is a bug we do not have a fix for at this time, but are working on – it is tied to the way WPML works and the way AJAX in general works πŸ™

I’m sorry to bear that news, Alex. Please let me know what you think and if I can help in any other way.
