Buying Tickets Option Not Display

This is as about as time sensitive as it gets. A new year’s party which you guessed it.. only comes once a year so I’d appreciate a speedy reply considering we paid good money.

It’s clearly not working. Someone please help. I need a quick reply. Why are the ticket options not showing? I don’t have any template overrides, I can’t see any javascript issues, and it doesn’t work with the default theme either.
