    Hi,

Using Woocomerce and Event Tickets Plus, how can I gather atendee information when someone buys multiple tickets?

I could use a Woocommerce extension that lets one add fields to the product page, however those only show up on the product page.

Ideally the event page itself, where you select the tickets would also have those custom fields.

Here are screenshots of what I mean: https://imgur.com/a/4fljU

The first shows Event Tickets Plus + Woo Commerce
The second shows the RSVP option (which isn’t what I need anyways, as I want to charge for tickets)

    1) Is this possible? Am I just over looking it?
    2) If not, do the actions/filters exist for me to customize that “Add to cart” experience on the event page?
    3) Any other tips on how to go about gather attendee info?

    Howdy Norbert,

Good questions. One thing I should mention at the outset is that we are building attendee meta collection as a feature for Event Tickets Plus. That will likely be a part of our version 4.1 of Event Tickets Plus which is due out as early as February.

In the mean time it will take quite a bit of custom work to get made. The Add To Cart page is a template that can be edited. The template can be found here: public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php The best way to modify it is by creating a theme override, which our Themer’s Guide  walks you through step-by-step. Basically that is the template where you could add the fields, btu the fields and any javascript they will need is up to you to put together. It will involve a third party plugin or solution that I am just not an expert on, and not able to walk you through that part of it.

    Does that answer your question?

    Cheers!
