Now it has disappeared.

KeymasterHi there,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your tickets displaying. I will try to help you get this figured out.
Our plugins do not add a “buy now” button to the single events pages. Some themes include this with a custom template however. If your theme is adding custom functionality here and it’s not working, you will need to contact the theme authors for assistance in figuring out the problem.
Can you try temporarily switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme and disabling all other plugins to see if the default ticket interface is showing up?
You should also double check the start and end sale dates on the tickets settings, under “advanced”
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

ParticipantThanks for email.
I have tried to use the Twenty Seventeen theme and disabling all other plugins.
Still does not appear
If I go into PRODUCTS and view an event it shows the option to buy, it is as if the EVENT is not linked to the Woo Commerce product.
Sorry for title, I know the is no BUY NOW button just want the option to BUY now / Order tickets.
many thanks

ParticipantGetting this error
This is a recurring event. If you add tickets they will only show up on the next upcoming event in the recurrence pattern. The same ticket form will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.
Which would make sense they tickets were available on the first week, not that has passed they have disappeared.
We have Friday, Saturday and Sunday events that are repeated. That’s is why we bought the calendar Pro.
Please can you explain how to configure this.
thanks

KeymasterHi again,
Unfortunately, the tickets plugins do not work with recurring events, as stated on the Event Tickets Plus product page.
If you need to add tickets to recurring events, you will need to “break them out” into individual events after they are generated, and add tickets to each event manually. You can read more about this here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/#breaking
Hope that helps!
Please let me know if you have any additional questions about this.
Thanks,

ParticipantThanks for the reply.
We have bought the Events Tickets Plus and found it does not support recurring events. (see website quote below)
“Please note that at this time, Event Tickets Plus will NOT support tickets for recurring events. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.”
and then went ahead and bought Events Calendar Pro as it says it copes with recurring events, now you are saying we have Break the events for it to work.
Have we bought two products that dont work? Would like a refund on the Events Tickets Plus.

ParticipantAlso tried to find the “Break From Series ” link but Not showing up.
We run 3 tours a week. It is going to take hours of work to break them down into individual days.
When we bought this plugin is says it supports recurring dates, it does say you have to create individual tickets for each event.

KeymasterHi again,
To break an event from the series, go to the Events admin page. Hover over the event you want to break from the series, and the link “edit single” will show under the event title. Clicking this will break the event off and allow you to edit it independently.
The Events Calendar Pro adds functionality for recurring events. The tickets plugin will only allow you to sell tickets for the entirety of the event series. To add tickets to individual events in a series, they need to be broken off into a separate event. This is stated on the Events Tickets plugins pages.
We do have a 30 day return policy, so if this won’t work for your needs, you can request a refund by visiting our Refunds page and submitting the request form.
Hope that helps.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
