Buy button does now show up on mobile

The Events Ticket Plus buy button does not display on mobile screens unless the telephone is held in landscape mode instead of portrait mode. Most of our users come through mobile so this is making it more difficult for our users to purchase the tickets since many of them don’t think about turning the screen horizontally. Is there something that I can do to fix this?

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the mobile version of your site.
I would love to help you with this topic.

What seems to be going on is that the responsive CSS rules are not kicking in on your installation.
The first thing I would recommend trying out is playing around with the first two settings found under Events -> Settings -> Display to see if that helps.

If not, I would recommend turning the caching off (WP Fastest Cache) to see if that changes anything.

I tried playing around with the first two settings -> display and that didn’t change anything. I also deactivated the caching plugin and that didn’t help either. Is there something else that I can try?

The Plugins updated today and it fixed the problem with the update.
