Buttons to change months do not work

The buttons underneath the fullwidth calendar do not work. For ex. when on the month of June, the <<May button does not work as well as the July>> button. What can be done about this?

Thanks for getting in touch! Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I suspect that this is an issue with your theme, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further.

I would like to know before I do that, will it cause any problems with my pages?

It’s always possible that making any changes to your site can cause problems. That’s why we always recommend that users perform periodic backups of their data and files, and do all testing in a DEV or staging environment, so their live sites aren’t impacted.

With that being said, temporarily switching to the default theme to see if the problem persists shouldn’t have any adverse effects for your data. You can always switch back once you’re testing is complete.

I changed the theme to my site and tried to change the date using the the month buttons at the bottom. The problem is it still won’t work! What can I do to fix this?

Thanks! I’m seeing the following javascript error when viewing your site: http://grab.by/yLlo Can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover.

I just checked the plugins, deactivating all of them ,except The Events Calendar of course, but none of them affect the calendar.

OK I deactivated the extra plugins and changed the theme but the theme I have is not twenty thirteen (2013) but twenty fourteen (2014).

I’m still seeing lots of Javscript and CSS coming from third-party plugins in the page source (contact form 7, revslider, TablePress, etc). Could you deactivate all plugins except for the Modern Tribe plugins, so we can verify that there are definitely not any conflicts? Thanks!

I deactivated the plugins and found that Advanced Excerpt (http://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-excerpt/) was the plugin that was affecting the calendar. How can we have both plugins going at the same time?
