MemberHi Debbie,
I’m sorry you’ve hit problems here.
I’m actually able to add tickets to the cart, proceed through the cart page and onto the checkout page – where I can see the final Place Order button without any difficulties.
Can you confirm if you have since resolved this issue, or provide some more detail?
Thanks!

ParticipantOh OK what browser are you in? Im in GOogle chrome and Ive tried internet explorer as well. The first button works but the proceed to checkout button is not there just the text and a black box around it

MemberI tried initially in Firefox but just retested in Chrome. Again no problem. To be sure I asked a couple of colleagues and I’m afraid none of us can see this (one team member also had access to Windows/Internet Explorer and again it worked as expected).
It occurs that perhaps you are logged in and that might be the difference between what we are seeing. Can you try going through the process again but ensure you are logged out (if you are familiar with Chrome, you could do this test in an incognito tab) and let me know the results?
Failing that, can you try visiting the site from a different machine that perhaps you don’t normally use?
Thanks!

MemberActually … I may have completely misunderstood what you were telling me, if so please accept my apologies.
When you initially wrote that the buttons disappeared I took that literally – do you actually mean that they are simply unstyled? In other words, are you detailing a cosmetic problem in that the buttons don’t look nice rather than a functional issue?
If that’s so, are you finding this is a problem with WooCommerce generally perhaps rather than being a problem that is specific to our ticketing plugin?

ParticipantYes, so I can actually work the buttons but the styling is not right. The buttons look perfectly right in the first page but the prceed to checkout button onwards doesnt have the same styling.
Do you know how I fix it? The buttons on other forms on my site have different styling and work fine.

MemberYou probably just need to add a little CSS. However, I don’t believe this problem is the result of our code (to bear this out, try deactivating any Modern Tribe plugins and see if the issue persists). In light of which, it would be more appropriate to seek help from the team at Woo or from your theme vendor.
Thanks!
