Business License to Single Personal License

Hello,
We currently have a business license.
How do we renew our license, but renew as a single personal license, not a business license?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Downgrading the licence will require some manual intervention on our end.

Here are the options available:

1. I can immediately switch your license down to personal (if that is OK with you). This way the renewal option will be for a personal license.
2. You can let the license go until expiry. Once that is done, we can manually convert it to personal. This will let you renew only a personal license.

Let me know which suits your needs better.
