ParticipantSince this ticket https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/bundle-tickets/#post-776531 was closed prematurely, i’m creating another ticket to make sure others reading this dont get the wrong idea from that post, which, is technically incorrect.
Using woo bundles does not solve the attendee issue. Stock is accounted for in WooTickets, but the attendee information never makes it from the product bundle order to ECP meta, therefore there are no attendees to see or check in.The only way to get that info is to report in woo on the product, and that does not facilitate attendee lists or checkins in the same was as ECpro.
I appreciate the comment, but it does not solve the issue previously ticketed. I’ve already submitted it as a feature request. As someone who uses ECpro and all its extensions with some frequency, I think it would be a good integration for ECpro to work with bundles, since, presumably, others would find such functionality handy – especially in situations where multi-stage events are being sold.
Either way, I’d recommend readers of this ticket read the other ticket to understand the impetus for the original post.

MemberI apologize if you think we closed the ticket prematurely. Our Policy is to close tickets after two weeks even if in your case there was a possibility in the future to add to the discussion.
We actually encourage people to do just as you have done to create a new ticket and reference the old one as it enables us to better support you as sometimes those old tickets do not notify us correctly there is a new post.
We are working on making a more robust ticketing solution and thank you for requesting the feature to work with product bundles on UserVoice. I am afraid I do not have a timeline on when those features will be added or if working with the product bundles will be included, but it will be apart of the discuss.
Is there anything else I can help you with in regards to this?
Thanks

ParticipantI just wanted to clear the info on the old ticket. That user was suggesting the functionality could be replicated using woocommerce bundles, but it cannot. And, as I pointed out in my previous ticket, there is a gap in integration there with ECP that I think would make ECP a stronger plugin. Hence the feature request.
Just wanted to make sure people reading the forums didn’t get confused.

MemberOk thanks for the information and for posting on the other ticket too.
I am going to close this thread as there is nothing more to do here. If a new issue comes up or another question related to any of this please create a new ticket and we can help you out.
Thanks
