Bulk event management

Hi, I’m researching Events Calendar & Event Tickets as a solution to sell tickets for a large number of different recurring events and at a variety of prices.

Since Event Tickets doesn’t support tickets for recurring events is there another approach we could take? For instance, would it be possible for us to bulk create single events and tickets elsewhere and then use the API to populate Events Calendar & Event Tickets?
