ParticipantI have a Eventbrite Event with “Free” tickets.
But my Event will not show the tickets.
On the Event Post page in WordPress it shows this:
Eventbrite Event Status:
This event was created without a ticket. You need to create a ticket before you can change this event’s status. But it DOES have a a ticket. It just is free. And it is available to the public (live).
I have tried re-importing from Eventbrite, same results.
I have tried reauthenticating. same results.Any ideas?

ParticipantHello,
I’m sorry to hear about these bugs – Eventbrite rewrote their whole API this week, meaning some features might have issues like you’re describing here.
We’re working rapidly on a new “hotfix” version of the plugin to get out into the world, but for now, we have a “release candidate” of that hotfix that you can download and manually install on your site if you’d like. It might help with the issues you’re experiencing here.
To use the release candidate, you would need to:
• Delete the existing version of Eventbrite Tickets off your site.
• Download the release candidate from here → https://cloudup.com/cRgln4qldMR
• Install that release candidate on your site.
• If it works, then keep using it until the “official” release for the Hotfix is made public.
• When that release is made public, you will need to delete the Release Candidate and replace with the official version. If you’re interested in that, download the file in step #2 above and let us know if it helps at all here. If you’d rather wait for the official release, that’s fine too! It should be available within 48 hours.
I’m sorry about the inconvenience from this, we’re working rapidly to accommodate for Eventbrite’s API change.
Thank you,
