ParticipantHi guys,
I have been using recurring events for some time now, but only recently I noticed that when I set an recurring event for twice on one day (as we have organized with our yoga), no seperate pages are created.
The event shows up seperately in the wordpress backend event overview, and shows up perfectly fine on the List/Month/Picture View. As you can see below:
Two instances of Hatha Yoga on december 7th, one between 8AM-9:15AM and one between 9:30AM-10:45AM.
However, the link to both ‘events’ is exactly the same: http://triggr.nu/agenda/hatha-yoga/2015-12-07/
Only the earliest time on that day is shown. When opening the 9:30-10:45AM instance, it opens http://triggr.nu/agenda/hatha-yoga/2015-12-07/ as well with 8:00AM-9:15AM shown. Is this just me, or is it a bug? I can imagine not many people having recurring events on the same day, but the way we’re using it it definitely is an issue.
Thanks in advance for looking into this,

MemberHi,
There is a bug and we are working on a fix for this.
Right now to have recurring events on the same day, but with different times they need to be separate recurring events.
I have added this ticket to our bug ticket and we will update it once we have a fixed released.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberGood news everyone!
We’ve just release a maintenance release that addresses this issue. Please look for updates to your Events plugin(s) on your site. Thank you for your patience while we worked to address the reported issues. And don’t forget to review the release notes for all the details on version 4.0.3.
While our testing shows that the new release fixes the problem reported here, sites are different and it’s possible that there are edge cases. If you are still seeing the issue after you update your plugins, please post a new thread so we can look into it further.
Thank you for your support!
Best,

ParticipantThanks! I do see now that the ‘Times’ on one day have been added.
ONe question though: I can’t seem to find the string in any of the translation evironments. It now says ‘Times:’ but that is obviously English. Am I missing something, or has this string yet to be added in the translation environments?

MemberHi,
Since that is a new string it would not be translated yet.
Please follow our translation guide to help update it:

ParticipantHi Brian,
As validator for the Dutch translations, I know a bit about the translations 😉 The point is, that I can’t seem to find any string called ‘time’ or the dutch form of it in the Events Calendar PRO translation files… Can you point me in the right direction?Hans

MemberI found it in this file:
plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Single_Event_Overrides.php
On line 72
It may not be included in the translation file if it is not showing there.
