    After the last update of Events Calendar last week (we think — it may have been earlier) a client reported she can no longer click to edit and existing Ticket from within an Event edit page. The whole ticket section just grays out and a weird select menu appears partly hidden behind the main WP admin menu. (see screenshots attached). The Tickets are still accessible and editable if you access them directly as Products, but you can’t seem to get there from within the event anymore. Can you check that out? Thanks!

    Hey Robert,

    Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.

    When I click to edit my tickets running the latest version of Event Tickets Plus (4.5.3) and Woocommerce (3.1.2), everything works as expected (I can’t replicate the issue from here).

    Can you please make sure that both plugins are up-to-date and let me know if the issue persists after that? I believe that there might be a plugin or theme conflict causing this issue you are experiencing: in that cause, it would be helpful to follow this tutorial to determine what is causing the issue.

    Robert, this might be related to a bug we fixed just a few minutes ago. Please download the latest version of The Events Calendar and see if it affects anything here for you.
