Bug: addCronIntervals missing $schedules argument

Hi,

The function addCronIntervals in /src/Tribe/Registrar.php is missing the $schedules argument, thus dropping any scheduled crons registered beforehand — could this be fixed in a future update? (Previously reported here, but it probably got lost in the other main issue)
