Box Office Ticket Sales

Most theaters sell tix online and also the the box office. At our theater, the BO is open only on event dates. We sell a lot of “walk-up” tix. Is there a streamlined way of doing this in Woo Tix? We would not need to print tix or send e-mails, etc. Thanx!

Hi – great question!

You can certainly create orders manually in WooCommerce which ought to accommodate this (simply add a ticket product as a line item). You can then accept payment however you like and just mark the order as complete in order to update the attendee list.

I am using WooCommerce tickets, did a box office sale. How do you view the actual ticket? It did process the “processing” and “completed” email and indicated an email will follow with tickets which it did not. Am I missing something?
