    Our client is having some difficulties with booking + tickets. His message:

    “If you buy a ticket it subtracts the ticket from all the events and also the ticket states the day as the first event even if they have booked for a later event.”

    IE:

    If someone books on an event (reoccurring) The ticket shows the date of the first event, not the event he/she has booked for.

    Also, if you book an event then the stock drops for all the events, rather for the specific event that he/she has booked.

    Could you advise?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Unfortunately this is currently the expected behavior tickets on recurring events. The tickets (and stock) are associated with the entire recurrence rather than individual instances of the event.

    This is something we are looking to address in an upcoming release and have already begun laying the foundations for what will make for a better handling of ticket for recurring events.
