Participanthello. Love the plugin. I am having trouble with the calendar on this site http://elthampub.com.au/ when i go to the following month or go back to the previous month the calendar is blank until i click ‘refresh’ on the page. I am hapy to do this but all of the customers which just think there is nothing on. how can i get around it? thank you very much

I do see you already tried our default troubleshooting steps (deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve) which is fantastic – thanks for giving that a try π
Can you confirm what the outcome of that test was? Did you manage to narrow this down to a conflict with anything?

Hmmmm..Yes, I deactivated all plugins (except the calendar ones) and the same thing happens.. each month is blank until refreshed. i did it twice to be sure. Thank you for your help π

I’m sorry to be a pedant about this … but did you additionally switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Thirteen?

That is definitely worthwhile. Can I ask what your theme is / who the author is, though, in case we have any notes that might help?

Generally it’s best to create a new thread – but if you look at the Events > Settings > Display admin screen you should find a setting that will help (“Month view events per day”) π
Please note I am travelling on Tuesday/Wednesday so there may be a slightly longer delay than normal before I can next reply.

If I forbid cufon font replacement throughout my theme, the calendar works just fine. Considering cufon is how my site is styled, this isn’t a realistic fix for me.Any ideas on how to get the plugin to play nice?

Thank you!Hmm ok – unfortunately I’m not finding anything specific that might help in this case (and I’d be surprised if this relates to an issue with Cufon fonts as in wpdesignpro’s case). It could be worth specifically asking the theme authors/support techs if they have set up any query filters or have custom queries that run on each page.
I’d love to hear if they are able to identify the problem π

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I can fix this, otherwise I am going to have to find another calendar plugin to use.. MemberI’m afraid we don’t have anything else to suggest at this time – I think realistically getting support from the theme author is likely to be the best path forward here.
