Blank entries for City, State and Event Category

Hello,
In the wordpress admin, if an event has no City, State or event category value entered, a blank option will appear in the drop down (See the Screenshot on the “state” filter). I don’t see an option to omit blank entries from the select lists. How can I do this?

Thanks for reaching out. I cannot recreate this behavior on my site—can you post your site’s System Information to this thread so I can investigate this a bit further?
