    On 11/8 I opened a case as I had been billed twice for Events Calendar Pro. That was resolved and I was refunded. However, today I got ANOTHER email stating my business license expired a month ago. My current licences is good thru 11/2018. Not sure where the mistake/confusion is – but could you check into why I keep getting erroneous notification?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using the Events Calendar. I can help out here.

    It looks like we sent out a notification for your refunded license.

    That is the last notification we send out (30 day after expiration)

    So you will not get another. I will also create a ticket to tighten up our system and not send them to refunded licenses.
