Beta Site and Live Site same license?

Hi There,

I just purchased pro and community events. I got one license for both of them. We are developing the site on a beta subdomain. So beta.subdomain.com to final site will be on subdomain.com. Can we use one license for both domains. Or, can we develop on the beta site, revoke the license, and then reapply it to the domain once we move it to the live site?

Hi alliedcomputer,

The only thing the license does for you is provides you with access to auto updates. So, yes you can use the plugin in both environments. I would suggest attaching the license to the beta site so you can run auto updates during development (without having to manually update), and then change the registered domain once you’ve gone live. You can do this easily through the Account Central > License Keys menu above.
