Best way to setup and charge for multiple day events.

All of my events are classes. They are usually not reacurring are always different.

But what they do have in common is that they run from 1-5 days each at a time.

I also have purchased woocommerce tickets to sell tickets for these classes AND have EC PRO. I just want to be able to setup ONE event that runs different days.

For example Monday – Thursday from 8am-5pm. Something like that.

Whats the best way to achieve this? Would this be a recurring event? I’m only charging ONCE for the full event. Not each day.

Howdy Heather,

That’s a really good question. If I were in your shoes I would set those up as recurring events. With how recurring events currently work, when you buy a ticket for a recurring event it actually applies to all events in that recurrence series. So, that’s exactly what you want. In your ticket descriptions you might clarify this to people with a note about how purchasing a seat/ticket gives you access to all days in the series.

The only hiccup is if your events do not always start/end at the same time every day. For now a recurring series must always be on the same time every day. If your events have different times, then you might create multiple events, one for each day. On the first day add tickets like you would normally do. Then on each subsequent day add a link at the bottom of your event to the first day and explain people can purchase tickets if they click it.
