Best way to accomplish group discounts

Hello,

My client runs a professional seminar service and ticket prices are pretty tall, but if you register with groups, each ticket is reduced in price. i.e. if you register individually your ticket is $500, if you register 4 people it’ll cost $400 per ticket.

I’m moving her over from Joomla and the Event Booking tool they have can do this. No Event Ticket system on WordPress can. It’s an urgent issue. I’m curious what the best way to accomplish this would be, if at all possible. I’d prefer not to custom write code because I’d have to maintain it long term and it may interfere with natural updates.

Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. If you are using Event Tickets Plus with woocommerce, you can set up pricing tiers with woocommerce. It may be an additional extension but this will allow you to create discounts based on quantity without actually writing any code.
