Hi, I would like to style the mini grid calendar and upcoming events and would like to know the best practices for doing so. I understand if I modify the style sheets under the plug-in folder, it can be reset once it is updated. Is there a way to add styles to my main stylesheet instead?

Also I was curious to know if you can display the mini grid and upcoming events outside of the sidebar. Is it possible to hard code it into the theme via php code?

Hey Francisco. Hopefully some of the documentation we’ve got could help you out here. On the widget customization front, have you checked out our post on how to completely customize widgets at (https://theeventscalendar.com/how-to-completely-customize-widgets/) ? That should point you in the right direction but let me know if not.

For the latter, you do have a number of options available via template tags. Those are detailed at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation.
