Hi William and thanks for getting in touch! Nice mockups–I really like the direction you’re headed in with the calendar. 🙂

I do want to note first of all that we are fairly limited in terms of helping out with custom development questions like this one. That said, I’d love to point you in the right direction if I can.

To start, I’d definitely suggest getting familiar with our Themer’s Guide. It covers the entire process of creating custom layouts with template overrides, which you will certainly be using. It also covers custom styling as well.

Let me know if you have any specific questions that come up from that and I’d be happy to help as best I can. 🙂
