Backup and restore on dev-website results in error

Hi,

i just restored a website on a dev environment and now i get the following error:

Warning: fopen(/tmp/tribe_tmp_file_logger_2016-11-19.log): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /xxxx/xxxxxxxx/public_html/dtc/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Log/File_Logger.php on line 68

I never did have this before, how can i solve this?

As the error message states this is a file permission issue. Can you please review this guide on WordPress permissions? If you are not sure about permissions and how to change them, you can ask your hosting support to help you out on this!

Please let me know if adjusting permissions fixes the issue,
