    Few things going on here

WooMembership controls a subscription based membership rights with ticket discounts, if an admin is editing the price value, I think ticket plugin asks wooCommerce for price and directly uses that reply which returns a “your price” and “regular price” in the array. So what happen now is when re-editing the ticket values inside the event page the loaded price in the ticket price displays the discount price for the current user (IF they any membership discounts applies to the user)

Tickets has a stock number and it always sets itself to zero, but what if the ticket is unlimited, when not entering a number the ticket plugin will just make the product “out of stock” and when changing the product in wooCommerce to “not use stock management” and changing the in-stock flag to true, editing the ticket info on single event such as Ticket Name and Description or Start and end Sales day will undo the stock settings on wooCommerce product’s end.

Price fields seems to be displayed duplicated and showing different values, client did something.. not sure what the real process that caused this issue.

Good afternoon Steven and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are dealing with between WooMembership and our plugins.
I would love to try to help you with this topic.

The first thing I am noticing is that you are still using Woocommerce Tickets 3.12.1 . I would recommend upgrading this to the Events Tickets Plus version 4.05 using the following instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/

The reason I am saying there are some behaviour issues between version 4.07 of our plugins and Woocommerce Tickets 3.12.1. But, I would advise against upgrading to version 4.1 of our plugins for now (wait until the next maintenance release – 4.1.1). You can find version 4.05 of Events Tickets Plus here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

If I understand this correctly, there 2 issues:

    1. Your members are not able to see the discounts you have set for them in the Purchasing discount tab on the Events screen. Can you confirm ? And can you tell me if these discounts are in fact applied when the reach checkout ?
    2. You want to sell unlimited stock tickets but the value is 0 which translates to “Out of stock”. After updating to Events Tickets Plus, can you tell me if you are able to leave the stock field of your ticket to blank (unlimited) ?

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.
