Available tickets falls to 0 after 1 purchase

I deleted all orders and all ticketed events, created a new event with 5 available tickets. The total available goes down to 0 after a single purchase regardless of payment method. All you have to do is look at the event in the backend and frontend a few times. It goes down by 2 every time you view the page. Twentyseventeen, and the only active plugins are TEC, TECPro, ET, ETPlus, and EDD.

I’d just like to point out that this is a critical issue, because the plugin is completely broken right now.
