Availability Calendar / Schedule

Hey Guys,

I’m on the verge of building a site for a local market with about 260 stalls and 700 merchants. A large part of the stalls are available upon request. I’d like to digitize this process.

I wonder whether the events calendar pro is the right choice for my needs.

My customer’s question:

• Build a site that shows the availability of stalls on a day toy day basis.
• The merchant can click on a date and a stallnumber to book his stall for the day.
• The merchant can only enroll if his products match the schedule (e.g. No apparal is sold from a designated food stall)
• The merchant books by paying for his stall
• The merchant can buy aditional products and services along with his stall booking

Thanks for your interest in our plugins!

Much as we’d love to have you as a customer, I don’t think Events Calendar PRO is going to help with your specific needs.

Our free, core events plugin (The Events Calendar) however could be a good base for you to build upon and if you combined this with a good ecommerce plugin you’d certainly be getting a bunch of powerful functionality ‘for free’.

There is certainly going to be quite a lot of customization work involved here even so and assessing exactly how much or how that should look goes a little beyond the level of advice we can provide you with here.

That said, if you have any other specific questions about the functionality of any of our plugins please don’t hesitate to let me know 🙂
