AVada Theme Conflict

I’ve been using avada theme and originally I thought just my title bar overlapped but I’m now seeing that the whole thing is laid out wrong. I tried deactivating Avada and using another them for testing purposes and the page laid out like I saw in the demos.

Is there a fix for the Avada conflict?

Hey Cliff,

Ok so I’ve tried both Avada and Twenty Seventeen theme and neither is
giving me the event page I want. I’m looking to achieve an event page like
below. What am I doing wrong?
