Avada Licence

We need to migrate from our current theme and are considering Avada. Just a few questions:

1. We are a non-profit organisation with membership fees. All postholders are volunteers. Are there any licencing arrangements specifically for non-profit organisations?

2. Part of our website is open to the public and part is accessible by members only. Is our usage covered by the Regular Licence?

3. We have development and production sites. Would we need to purchase one licence or two in order to use the theme on both sites?

No worries.

We do have a Non Profit Program for The Events Calendar Pro through:

Our license does not restrict usage.

And our license works for one install, but the plugin works without the license so you can manually update one site and automatically update another.
