Thanks for your interest in our plugins. You do not need to accept all orders manually. Orders are marked complete automatically when payment is received. For example, if someone pays by PayPal instantly, the order will be complete right away and they will get their tickets. If they pay online but not instantly (e.g. by a PayPal e-check or something else that takes processing time), the order will be marked complete once the payment comes through.
The only time you need to change an order status manually is if you set up your salesĀ to accept offline payment options. In that case, once someone has paid offline (perhaps by mailing a check), you or another admin will need to move the order to complete.
If you don’t want to have to manually manage orders, that doable- you’ll just want to stick to using online payment systems that are availableĀ in the ecommerce plugin you choose.
