Automatically email event attendee list?

Is there a way to preschedule an automatic email of attendee lists either at a set time before an event starts or triggered when ticket sales / rsvp’s end?

I would love to help you with this topic.

The short answer is that we are currently limited in our support of built-in email related follow-ups and announcements.

But stay tuned, because this is absolutely something we are working on improving over the next year.

In the meantime, there are a couple of workarounds available:

1. Export the attendee list to CSV and import that file to a mailing service such as Mailchimp. Once the list is there, you can schedule campaigns.
2. Use a third-party plugin such as Follow ups: https://woocommerce.com/products/follow-up-emails/

   The downside is that this only integrates with WooCommerce tickets.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
