    Hello, I have the “Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically” enabled but none of the events will automatically go to complete once payment is paid and we have to manually click on the complete box to send the tickets.

    I really need this to be automatic since clients will not have access to the back-end to mark each and every transaction once payment is paid to release the tickets.

    Any help you can provide or direction for me to take would be greatly appreciated!!
