autocomplete in the event title input?

Not sure if this would be a feature request, or if it is something that could be implemented fairly easily. We are using the calendar to show employee attendance, our administrators have to enter each employee that is absent/traveling on a daily basis. It would be nice to have an auto-complete feature for the event title that would remember all previous entries, or at the very least have a drop-down on the admin page that contains all of our employees.
