Auto update not detecting 3.11 update

Could not auto update to 3.11 although there is alert to update but because wordpress did not detect the update i could not click on update plugin. checked license key it is connected.

Hi Sky,

I’m sorry to hear the update process didn’t work for you.

Can you describe what exactly happened – did you see any error messages, or anything of that nature, after attempting to update?

If you initially tried this via the main plugin admin screen, can you try again via the Dashboard → Updates screen?

Last but not least, if all else fails remember that you can obtain a copy of our latest version from the download page and update manually 🙂
