Auto respond on sign up

I need to find a way t send a document by auto respond as soon as someone signs up to create a commuinity event.

Hey @Simon,

This is possible only via code-customization at this time. We unfortunately cannot help with custom code.

However, our support engineer Nico once shared a snippet of code that sends an email to the “organizer” of a community-submitted event. You can find that snippet in this thread → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/send-event-organizer-an-email-after-event-submission/

I would recommend starting with this snippet and then hacking/tweaking it to sent to the email addresses you would like, with the attached documents you need and such.

I’m sorry that I cannot delve into much more detail here, but I hope this helps you get started!
