Attendees List Tickets Sold Incorrect

Hello,

I have a customer that is selling events tickets and would like to utilize the attendees list, but the “Ticket Sales” and “Tickets Sold” counts are not accurate. For instance, an event has 9 tickets (all of which are sold), there are 5 orders with a total ticket sale count of 9, but the totals at the top reflect the number of orders, not the ticket sales.

All of the orders have been completed and there have been no cancellations. An help with this issue would be much appreciated.

Does the Attendees Tickets show all 9 tickets or is only show 5 tickets?

Do you have tickets on any other events that are having issues?
