ParticipantI’ve recently updated to v4.2 of Event Calendar Pro and Woocommerce Tickets v3.12.1 – since the update, the attendees list page for any event is blank – nothing shows up at all. Is there a fix for this?

Thank you for reaching out to us and for the system information.
We are sorry to hear about the attendees list missing after updating to 4.2. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I would love to help you with this topic.I will open a bug ticket immediately for this. Hopefully, a bugfix will be released quickly.
In the meantime, please note that we are slowly phasing out Woocommerce Tickets in favour of Event Tickets Plus (which also supports WooCommerce and offers many exciting features).
You will notice that you have access to this product in your downloads page.
The reason I am mentioning this is because that would most likely be the one of the quickest solutions to your current issue.Of course, if you want to go down that road, I would recommend a complete database backup beforehand.
You also need to follow the instructions found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/In short at this point, you can:
- Roll back our plugins to version 4.1.4
- Upgrade to ET+
- Wait for the bugfix

ParticipantRolling back the plugins to 4.1.4 doesn’t work! The issue appeared with the WordPress Security update. Only than I updated the plugins to see if they fix the issue, but they didn’t!

First off, I am sorry that rolling back did not work.
I believe I have some good news to share.
It looks like a couple of files were missing from the Events Calendar core (free) plugin.These files were added back in the plugin and should help.
To gain access to them, you will need to re-download version 4.2 of the Events Calendar and the reactivate it.
@Benjamin, if that does not fix things for you, I would recommend opening a separate thread so that we can provide support specific to your install.
