Attendees and Ticket Fieldset info

Hi there
I’m almost about to launch my first site, all going really well but i have a couple of questions prior to going live.

The site is using WooCommerce and I have created an event that has 2 types of tickets. One of the tickets has a fieldset asking people to give me their membership number of another club, when people complete and pay for that ticket, where is that fieldset info shown, i can’t see this in the orders or info sent by the plugin?

Also, is there an area i can see all attendees of an event. Apart from digging through individual bookings i cant see how i can quickly see peoples info on the particular event.

Hey Neill,

The answer is the same to both of your questions. 🙂

When you are looking at the list of you events on the back-end then hover over the event in question. Quick links will appear below the title. (screenshot) Click on the one that says ‘Attendees’ which will take you to a page where you’ll be able to see the users who bought tickets for that event. Also there you should be able to see the extra attendee data submitted.

system that connects nicely with the Events system?

Hi Neill,

No, unfortunately I don’t know any. I have not dealt with any CRMs lately.

There is a WordPress plugin called Pardot which connects SalesForce to WordPress. However at the moment there is no direct integration / connection between Pardot – on any other CRM – and The Events Calendar.

Is there anything else I can help you with before closing this as resolved?
