Hi,
I recently had an issue which was preventing “Event Tickets Plus” from working altogether but got that sorted out due to a plugin conflict. I am having another issue, however, which is frustrating me now, and here it is:
I got the tickets plugin to work as desired now except for the fact that the additional questions I have programmed for the person to fill out (which are required), do NOT show up on the completed order page or any email to the admin. I tested this to see if it worked while I was developing the site and I received an email with the information I filled out, but the information is not saved in WooCommerce’s completed orders OR in the admin email. Do you know why this might be? I can provide access to the site if need be.
