hi! i’m loving wootickets so far. i’m biulding a new web site and i’m in local right now. i’ve created an event and a third registered user that bought some tickets for that event.
1. now if i go on the event list and click on attendee list i see an empty list! but it says that some ticktes have been sold..
as this is a demo for now, i made the user buy tickets with a bank check, and i marked the order as complete.
any help?

2. i’m building different events categories (one for each discoteque). is there a way to create an account to give to the disco manager to make him check only the attendee list for his disco (a specific event category)?
don’t know if i’ve been clear..

thanks a lot!

Hi, diego89pacio. Excellent questions!

1. <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>Usually, this has to do with an order not going through the order not being completely processed in the WooCommerce system. Would you mind confirming that the orders have a green checkbox next to them?
2. To my knowledge, there’s no way to restrict a user to only viewing certain categories on the backend. I would guess that if you had the knowledge and skills you could create some kind of logic to have WooCommerce send emails to certain people based on the event, but that sort of customization would be outside the scope of the forum.

Please let us know how it goes!

hi! thanks for the reply! i can’t understand where the should go..?
and the checkboxes next to my orders are blue rounded ticks, and they say ‘completed’.
my list is still empty..

thanks

Diego,

I had the same issue as you. Here’s how I solved it and why it happens: As Kelly said, attendees will not show up on the list unless the relevant order is makred as “complete”, so you have 2 options.

1: Manually set orders to complete whne that is so.
2. If, like me, you need a way to set orders as complete automatically, that is more of a WooCommerce issue than a WooTickets issue. To that end, I offer this solution: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/

Hope that helps!
