    Hi Guys,

    Apologies as well if this has been documented else where, but I have a client I’m trying to help out and it’s pretty urgent. This issue is adversely effecting their events business.
    The Attendee List cuts off after only listing the number of orders, not the number of tickets ordered.

    (Example) My client who has sold 38 tickets for an event to 26 people (so multiple tickets per person). The Attendee List starts out showing a single line for each ticket sold, but stops at 26 tickets instead of showing all 38 tickets. So because of the duplicate names of multi-ticket holders, we aren’t getting a complete list of attendees.

    All ticket orders have received payment and have been manually set to Complete.
    Is this a bug or is there some issue in our set up?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issues you are having with the Attendees List.

    I tried to reproduce the error and put a couple orders in with large ticket amounts and everything showed for me.

    Can you first confirm that all the ticket orders are marked as complete in WooCommerce? Tickets will not show in the list if the orders are not marked complete.

    When you say the list stops, does stop with the normal footer at the end? Or the page stops.

    If all the orders are completed and the list stops with the normal footer can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide to narrow down where the issue is:

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for your quick response.

    All orders are completed (we’ve checked that a few times to be sure) and the page finishes properly with the footer field labels and the bulk actions option at the bottom.

    It’s definitely only showing the number of orders (not tickets). We received another order last night, so we’re now at 27 orders for 39 tickets. The attendee list is now showing 27 ticket records, as opposed to 39.

    I’ll run through the conflicts guide and let you know if things don’t get any better.

    How strange, I wonder what is causing this.

    The tickets sold number at the top of the Attendees Page for the Event show the correct number then?

    Tickets are a custom post type so you can see a list of all of them using this url changing it for your site:

    http://yoursiteurl.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_wooticket

    There is no information on the individual ticket that is useful there, but the title has some information that can help. It Goes:

    Order Number | Ticket Name | Ticket Number For the Order

    If you count the tickets there does that show the correct tickets per order and the total for the event?

    Let me know what you find out from this and the conflict guide.
