Attendee List Address Information

I have a question in regard to the information gathered once tickets are sold. My client would like to use the Woo Commerce Ticket plug in to “sell” tickets to mostly free events. From the screenshots on your site I can see the information Woo Commerce Tickets provides is the name, email, order number and a few other items. What we would like to see is also the attendee address. In another screenshot on your site it shows the ship to address. When tickets are purchased will the client have the ability to view this information as well? Is the ship to address gathered when the order is placed?

Good question. Yes, WooCommerce does in fact collect the customer address during the order process, so you will definitely be able to view them in the WooCommerce > Orders area of the dashboard.

Excellent, if the tickets are free should they be set as cod or will the customer still need to go through a payment gateway?

Yes, that is certainly the case. Even free tickets will need to go through a transactions process where information is gathered. 🙂
