Attendee Information – Where do we access this????

    Hi,

    I cannot for the life of me work out where we access the information filled in under the ‘Attendee Information’ section of a booking. I would have thought the ‘view attendees’ link on the event list page shows all attendees, but only shows the name of the booking person, which in our case is never an attendee. Could you please advise how we can manage this Attendee Information, where we access it quickly and how we edit the information in the back end if required?

    Hey @Pete,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    While editing the information that the user supplied is not easily possible, to at least see it you should be able to find it in the main “Attendees” list for an event.

    Look for the “View Details” link on this Attendees list, as shown in the following screenshot:

    When you click that, the details entered by the user will drop down and you can view them as shown in this screenshot:
