ParticipantJust wanted to note that I was testing things with this plugin on my development site and I deactivated the current theme and enabled the default WordPress thing and the problem with the attendee information showing up was still not fixed. This leads me to believe even more that this is some issue with the plugin itself. Please help.

MemberSorry for the delayed reply, Gerald.
Please deactivate all non-Modern Tribe plugins and switch to a WordPress default theme at your test site and then let me know once it’s in that state and I’ll login and take a closer look.

ParticipantI have identified what plugin it is that is causing the issue: “Content timeline” by Shindiri Studio. I would disable this plugin on my live site, but I use it for a very specific purpose. I think it is something to do with conflicting JQuery code but troubleshooting that is honestly beyond my scope of comprehension. I don’t have support anymore for the “Content timeline” plugin and I would like to use it but if it comes to it I can disable it, although I would prefer not to.
What are your thoughts? Can you figure out what’s causing the conflict?

MemberWell that’s a good start to try to move forward with this!
Could you please provide a .zip of the latest version of that plugin so I can see if I can duplicate the issue and confirm?

MemberI confirmed this issue upon initially activating the plugin and visiting an event page, such as /events or /event/single-event-slug
I didn’t find an obvious cause for this conflict between the two plugins, and we do not provide support for plugin conflicts, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
I’d suggest contacting the developer of that plugin and see if they can determine the cause of this.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
