Attendee Information Not Displaying on Front-End

Hello,

I have created attendee information fields for two events on my site, and the fields are not displaying on the front end. I switched to the default theme and deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus. The fields still do not display.

I have tested this on an event and a page, and with a text field and drop down list. Nothing shows up in any case. When I inspect the ticket fields in Chrome, I see the element style is set to display: none.

Hi Heather,

I’m sorry you’re running into this issue with the attendee fields. I took a look at the link you sent (in Chrome), and the fields are showing up on my end (see screenshot). Were you able to get this resolved? The fields will be set to display:none initially, until the user increases the ticket quantity.

Thanks Jennifer! It never occurred to me to increase the quantity to get the field to show up. It’s working perfectly.

No worries, glad to hear it’s working! The fields are hidden so that the correct number of them can be displayed as the quantity is increased, but I can see how it could be confusing having them hidden by default.
